What is teeth grinding?

Pain or stiffness in the jaw and chewing muscles, headache, worn or broken teeth, sensitive teeth and sometimes earache. Many people only notice it through the dentist or a partner.
A custom night guard costs roughly €150 to €500. It protects teeth and reduces the load, but does not remove the cause.

In the long term it can damage teeth, fillings and crowns and overload the jaw joints. Therefore have it checked. In children grinding is often temporary.
